Public Housing Services and Fee Accounting

Since 1968, we have provided accounting and consulting services to Housing Authorities throughout the United States. These authorities administer a wide variety of programs including Section 8 Programs, Public Housing, FmHA/Rural Development, WHEDA, and Block Grant.

Fee services include tenant accounting services, general ledger and financial accounting, accounting assistance, and a variety of other services.

We offer a variety of consulting services to help you save time, money and resources. Consulting services include budgets, operating subsidy, year-end reporting and financial statement review.

Our team has also created programs to train staff in this specialized field. We also offer a variety of seminars and training programs with topics including operating budgets, project-based accounting, reporting requirements, and auditing.
