EXPERIENCE

Mr. William O. Evenson holds a Juris Doctor in Law, is a Certified Public Accountant, and is a Certified

Valuation Analyst.  Prior to joining

the firm, he has done tax and

litigation support work as a member

of several public accounting firms

and as an attorney.

For Hawkins, Ash, Baptie & Company,

LLP, Mr. Evenson's practice involves

tax return preparation, tax research

involving most areas of tax law

including individual and corporate

tax, estate and trust tax,

not-for-profit tax and bankruptcy

taxation.  As a member of the firm's

tax committee, he is also responsible

for monitoring and updating the firm's

tax preparation and tax research

systems.  His practice also involves

business valuation, lost profit

calculation and other damage

calculation, and analysis and other

litigation support.  Mr. Evenson is

the chairman of the firm's valuation

committee.

EDUCATION           

Mr. Evenson received a degree in

Business Management in 1973 and

a degree equivalent to Accounting

in 1975 from the University of

Wisconsin-Madison.  He received

his Juris Doctor from the Marquette

University of Law School in 1978.

He has been a Certified Public

Accountant in Wisconsin since 1981

and has done business valuation

work since 1986.  He became a

Certified Valuation Analyst in 2003.

Mr. Evenson is a member of the

Wisconsin Institute of Certified

Public Accountants, the Wisconsin

Bar Association, and the National

Association of Certified Valuation

Analysts.
