Mr. Jeffrey R. Paro is a Partner with Hawkins, Ash, Baptie & Company, LLP, holds a Master in Science of Taxation, is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst. Prior to joining the firm, Jeff was the Chief Financial Officer of a publicly traded insurance agency with offices throughout the nation. Among his duties were the oversight and direction of the Company's merger and acquisition strategy.
In addition to providing tax and consulting services to businesses and individuals, Mr. Paro also heads the Insurance Agency Profitability division and provides insurance agency owners with a wealth of agency financial management expertise and experience.
Education
Mr. Paro received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1989 and a Master of Science in taxation from the same university in 1993. He has been a Certified Public Accountant in Wisconsin since May 1993 and has been a Certified Valuation Analyst since 2004.

Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. He is active in scouting and serves as the Cubmaster for St. Pat's, Onalaska Pack 168.
